Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using XTables Champions, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. ## 2\. Use License Permission is granted to temporarily access XTables Champions for personal, non-commercial use by parents, schools, tutors and their children/students. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: - Modify or copy the materials - Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display - Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the application - Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials - Share your account login, or a school/tutor's staff or student credentials, with anyone outside your household, school or tuition setting ## 3\. Subscriptions & Payments Parent subscriptions (monthly or annual) are billed automatically and processed securely by Stripe. Where a free trial is offered, your subscription will begin automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings — you will keep access until the end of your current billing period, and no partial refunds are given for the remaining period. School and tutor licences are invoiced separately based on the pricing tier agreed at sign-up. We reserve the right to change our pricing, and will give reasonable notice of any change before it applies to your next billing cycle. ## 4\. Discount Codes & Affiliate Programme Discount codes and influencer/affiliate codes provide a percentage discount at checkout and may be limited by expiry date, usage limits, or eligibility criteria. Codes are non-transferable and may be withdrawn or amended at any time. Affiliates earn commission only on a referral's first payment, in line with the terms provided in the Influencer Portal, and commission is paid out only once the referral can no longer legally cancel their subscription. ## 5\. Guest Passes & Free Access Guest passes, lunchtime club access and other free or promotional access periods provided through schools, events or partners are time-limited, non-transferable, and provided at our discretion. They do not require payment details and can be withdrawn or extended at our discretion. ## 6\. School & Tutor Accounts Schools and tutors are responsible for managing their own staff and student accounts, including issuing and resetting passwords, and ensuring accounts are used appropriately by pupils under their supervision. Schools and tutors must ensure they have appropriate consent from parents/guardians before creating pupil accounts. ## 7\. Children's Accounts & Parental Responsibility Children may only use the platform under an account set up and supervised by a parent, school or tutor. Parents are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide about their child, for choosing whether to enable friend chat, and for reviewing their child's activity through the parent dashboard. ## 8\. Chat & Safeguarding Where enabled, chat between children is restricted to mutually added friends, filtered for inappropriate language, and monitored for safeguarding and wellbeing purposes as described in our Privacy Policy. Parents can disable chat for their child at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or remove any account found to be misusing chat or other features of the platform. ## 9\. Disclaimer The materials on XTables Champions are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. ## 10\. Limitations In no event shall XTables Champions or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the application, even if we or our authorised representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. ## 11\. Accuracy of Materials The materials appearing on XTables Champions could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on our application are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials, pricing, or features contained on our application at any time without notice. ## 12\. Materials and Content We do not claim ownership of the materials you provide to XTables Champions, including video submissions from our affiliate programme. However, by providing any content, information, or materials to our application, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such materials for the purposes of providing and improving our services and marketing. ## 13\. Links We have not reviewed all of the sites linked to our website and are not responsible for the contents of any such linked site.
