# The 7 Times Table

The trickiest table — but these strategies crack it!

## 💡  The 5 + 2 Method

Break it into pieces: multiply by 5 (easy!), then add 2 more groups of the number.

7 × 6 = ? 5×6=30, 2×6=12, +12 = 42 ✓ 

7 × 8 = ? 5×8=40, 2×8=16, +16 = 56 ✓ 

7 × 9 = ? 5×9=45, 2×9=18, +18 = 63 ✓ 

## ⭐  The Rhythm Chant

Recite the 7s like a chant — the rhythm helps lock them in memory. Say it faster and faster!

7 14 21 28 35 42 49 56 63 70 77 84 

Try: "Seven, fourteen, twenty-one, twenty-eight..." until it's automatic.
